Placing an Order

Order flow
- Browse products and open the product page
- Choose quantity and any product options
- Add to basket and review the order
- Proceed to payment with guest checkout or a signed-in account
At checkout
Customers can update basket quantities, review delivery charges, and continue into secure payment.
Where supported, address details can be collected in the payment flow to reduce duplicate form entry and keep checkout simpler.
Order confirmation
After successful payment, the store sends a confirmation email with a summary of the order and a tracking link where available.
Signed-in customers will also see the order in their account history automatically.
